Product Description:

The Evolis Agilia is a high-end retransfer ID card printer designed for producing professional-quality cards with sharp graphics, fine details and a clean edge-to-edge finish. With 600 × 600 dpi resolution and retransfer printing technology, Agilia can reproduce detailed designs, photographs, text and QR codes with excellent clarity.

Its retransfer printing process allows the printed design to extend right up to the edges of the card, giving the finished card a full-coverage appearance. Agilia supports both single-sided and double-sided printing, making it suitable for different types of ID cards, employee cards, membership cards, access cards, badges and other personalized PVC cards.

High-Quality Retransfer Printing

Agilia is built for applications where print quality and fine details are important. The 600 dpi print head helps produce sharp text, detailed graphics and high-definition QR codes. The printer can also handle designs containing very small text and intricate graphical elements.

Depending on the configuration, Agilia can print at speeds of up to 150 cards per hour for single-sided printing and up to 100 cards per hour for double-sided printing.

The retransfer printing method gives Agilia flexibility when working with different card materials and surfaces. It supports cards made from:
